Considering moving to Tucson, AZ?

I lived in Tucson about two years ago, but my mother-in-law fell ill. I know live in one of the smallest cities in Tennessee. My mother-in-law is better, so we are ready to move on. When my husband and I lived there last, we did fairly well. I was still in school, but have recently graduated with a BAS in accounting. I just want to know if Tucson is as good as I remember (besides the fact that my family is there).
