Cps Ordered Father To Get His Own Residence

My boyfriend was told by the courts and CPS that in order to get his children (2 boys and 1 girl) that he would have to establish his own residence, right now we live with his parents because he is disabled.
We have done everything to make the house suitable for the children.
They will have their own rooms unlike before they had to share a room with us, now the boys will have a room for them and the girl a room for herself and we have our own room seperate from them.
We have fixed everything CPS said was wrong.
Can the courts make him get his own house even though this stuff has been completed?

Try discussing your new circumstances with CPS, or (better) have your lawyer do so, to see if they will agree to a modified order.

They never said anything as to why except we were not to share a room with the kids other than that there was no reason given as to why they took the children ever given.
Basically, your guess is as good as ours on that one.

Did you make the changes to the living arrangements, and were CPS and the court aware of the changes, before the order was issued?

We made them after the order.
Because CPS and the courts ordered them.
They are not aware of the changes made at this time.
