HELLO MY NAME IS ADRIAN AND I MY QUESTION IS WHEN MAKING THE CREDITOR MAILING MATRIX DO I HAVE TO PUT THE ADDRESS WHERE PAYMENTS ARE OR WERE SENT OR THE ADDRESS FOR INQUIRIES/CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

Always use the "for inquiries/customer service" address;  also if any collection agencies have chimed in on a particular debt, add them on as well as additional creditors; even if you have 3 or 4 different collection agencies add all on as well as the original creditor.  The same is true for attorneys that have sent you demand letters.  Good luck.
