Custody of three kids?

i would like to gain custody of my three kids who live with there mother in california, i have a stable job and a stable home and i can provide for them. the mother moves from place to place has no job, im pretty sure shes on drugs and my kids were not enrolled in school for half the school year. my only problem is i do have warrants in california, i currently reside in oklahoma and i need to know if i have a shot at getting my kids or will the warrants prevent me from gaining custody of them? anyone have ideas or know california law please give some feedback would really appreciate it

Hey beachbum how do u know whether hes a good father because u dont. He could Be a good father and u never now maybe the mother is the devil atleast he wants to get custody of his kids to get them out of a bad situation. Maybe his warrants are for something something simple but the fact is u dont know what kinda parent he is so take that into consideration just because he has warrants doesnt mean hes not a good dad maybe his kids would be better with him but u dont know so start thinking before u say dumb things like that. Warrants have nothing to do with how good or bad a parent is to there kids

it's going to come up if you have warrants. You need to take care of them first (or just wait until she leaves california). Still, if you don't take care of them and she hires a lawyer, they'll dig up your past.

Are you serious? Stop trying to act like the mother is the devil. If you have warrants, you're obviously no saint either. Those poor kids don't have a chance.
