Debt Checklist?/processing Types???

Debt Checklist?/processing Types???

Postby Cacey » Fri Feb 07, 2014 2:10 am

Im 23 and have created a significant lot of fincanical errors previously (among which was co-signing a car loan for an ex-boyfriend - and indeed, the car was repossessed without my understanding), but I'm currently LOOKING to get anything together again. I've chose to file for bankruptcy wihtout an attorney but have many concerns including:1) I've lots OF medical debt (clinic expenses etc) and little additional obligations (video cards etc) and there's NO WAY I understand them all. Where might I have the ability to buy a whole individual debt background (or whatever its called) so I'll ensure that you include ALL obligations within the software??2) WHEREVER will I discover the official types? Might they maintain a bookstore? Im hoping TO not purchase online therefore preferably somewhere where I may walk-in and pick them up??I've more but these would be the fundamentals I imagine. I do want to start this method ASAP so THANKS for just about any reaction!

Debt List?/filing Forms???

Mr. Siegel is directly on the cash. Used to do avoid his guidance, since I desired to think the Trustee when he explained we'd "talk again" therefore I might clarify our sorry tale. I thought without a doubt when the Trustee understood the reality, we'd be ok. Obviously, that never occurred. From the time I got a lawyer concerned, I was currently in a pit, and I could honestly state that the lawyer I employed (a fancy-pants lawyer who's usually cited within our local paper like a "BK specialist) is a complete dud. I will cite chapter and verse of issues he guaranteed me that would not occur that DID. And BK is a lot tougher to complete today than it had been in 2004. Go visit a BK attorney. Go see a different one. And another.
