Lady's boy has restraining order on psycho ex girlfriend.<br />
Ex-girlfriend broke restraining order and police contact her allowing her realize that if she does it again she will be arrested.<br />
A couple of days laster Lady gets inundated with phone at the office (dealership) due to advertisement for vehicle available on craigslist.<br />
Dealer thinks lady positioned advertisement and shoots her.<br />
Is there any option for lady to consider?

Ca. Can be an at will work condition & you may be ended at any moment for almost any cause not guarded legally - ie era, intercourse, faith (until there's an agreement towards the opposite).
