Did I pay for my mobile?? Provider reckons it's free and that they're not liable!!!!!!!!!!111111111?

They reckon that as it was free, i'm not protected by all the consumer laws.

You need to give more info about the situation.

What I will say is that a mobile phone IS NOT part of your contract and anything to do with the phone itself has no relevance in any cancellation dispute.

If you want us to advise on whether you paid for your mobile or not, you need to give us some sort of information to work with. By definition, something which was given free has not been paid for, that should be obvious. You also need to tell us what you think they should be liable for.

Not enough information to make any sort of determination. Explain your contract, the circumstances upon the purchase, what's wrong with it, and so on. We are NOT psychic.
