Can someone please tell me what a Dismissal Notice is exactly?

I am not understanding this because the plaintiff was paid and I have a judgement on my credit report. The money was paid in Sept of 2009 and the Dismissal Notice was written in November of 2009.
Does this make any sense?

No, it doesn't.<br />
I believe you will need to pay for a trip towards the court and obtain copies of anything in the event document before you may determine what happened.
