I am trying to figure out how many patents and other IP protections the Walt Disney company holds in relation to their rides & attractions at Walt Disney World, and what kind of infringement claims they threaten to bring against people who attempt to copy portions of their theme park. I have already investigated the matter from the legal angle, and have concluded that most people must settle out of court, because statistics are tough to come by. Any suggestions on how I can procure some information about what kind of suits Disney legal considers or threatens to bring?
