Postby janyd » Fri Dec 13, 2013 10:54 am

How considerably disposable income is permitted by law per paycheck for an person who is in Chapter 13 with deduction/assignment being produced. My employer is questioning the excessive quantity my trustee has imposed on my paycheck. She did not believe it was "appropriate" and even wondered if it was a gross error on the trustee's element. My last confirm was zero by the time my assignment was taken out and half my advantages such as my 401k wasn't paid.
