Ive been separated for 13 months.We did the ole "Doit-Yourself" divorce bundle package, and we held it simple.What I left her with is what she was accountable for spending, and that I am accountable for a couple of things I'd obtained with me(such as the newer automobile).The issue is the fact that we thought a quit-state might be completed as time goes on to obtain my label off the mortgage, but we've discovered since a quit-state doesn't do this at all.How may I get my label off the mortage if she can't afford to refinance the mortgage by himself?Itis affecting my credit negatively.Thanks for almost any guidance you have.
