Do i have a case? malpractice?

Postby shipley » Wed Oct 26, 2011 11:01 pm

I went to pick up my father in law from the er and fell really hard after slipping on water in the floor. They wanted to do xrays so i was put in a room to wait. I then here a nurse telling the np it was her lunch box that was leaking the water but i didn't need to know that. The same np treated me by just giving me pain med and sent me home. What should i do. I am in ALOT of pain and feel i was done wrong... Help i need advice.

You want to sue someone because you slipped on water on the floor, but did not suffer any actual damages? Pathetic.
