Do i have a good case if i sue?

I just bought a capture card( it records your xbox gameplay so you can upload it to youtube) called "easycap" off amazon. Long story short, after trying to use it it crashed my pc 7+ times, and my xbox no longer gives out video or sound(meaning when i connect it to my tv, the xbox will turn on but my tv screen will remain black). Is this enouph to file a law suit? I would go on the basis of destruction of property. Their support forums also has 1000+ questions on why their capture card wont work and NONE of them have been answered. I would love to hear the advice of a legal professional.
