Do i have a malpractice suit?

On September 2, 2005 I gave birth to my daughter but I had a c- section and they used staples to close my cut.... So for the pass 6 years I been have pain in my stomach and been going to the doctors for a result but two days ago on 11-9-11 the doctor order me to have an x ray and the results is I have a staple in my belly. Can I still sue and is this a good case?

Probably YES. In many jurisdictions the usual statute of limitations are not applied to continuing issues you try to resolve but cannot until after the statute has run. This is likely one of them. Speak with your attorney!
