I've been taking lessons and saving up for a while now, like over a year. I created this list of things I needed. Are there any things I don't really need on the list and anythings that I do need?

You don't need anything between saddle rack and hoof pick, with the exception of riding boots. The only thing i would add living in Georgia would be fly spray. All those other item aren't necessary for general leisure riding, you can pick them up as you go along.
