Do some of you not realize that "trolling" is different from "harassment"?

someone thinks he can sue the trolls for impersonating him on an online forum.
The only state that has a law like that which isn't even passed yet is in arizona and it will fail miserably.

It isn't "identity theft" unless it is done with OFFICIAL and legally recognized identity of a person. Stuff like your social security number, credit cards/other plastic money, forged birth certificate, etcetera. I haven't stolen anyone's identity, so I wouldn't know how they do.

Your identity on Yahoo Answers is only pretend. No one will verify that you are who you say you are, and you cannot use this to steal anything from others on false pretenses of being them.

Sue a troll? capital punishment is the only solution I would consider.
