Do WE THE PEOPLE have grounds for a Class Action Lawsuit?

Postby kendrix » Tue Jul 24, 2012 10:01 am

said lawsuit launched against the mainstream media for reporting blatantly untrue explanations of events as "NEWS" ... the events that I'm referring to are the alleged crash of "FLT175" and the "collapse" of a total of three steel framed skyscrapers in Manhattan + the Pentagon attack.
What the mainstream medial has done, is no less than FRAUD in the promotion of "explanations" for what happened on 9/11/2001 that constitute violations of the laws of physics.
Anyone care to express an opinion on this. Class action lawsuit ... YES / NO ?

Yes, it can be called "The Tinfoil Hat Nation vs. The Facts."
When you want to file a suit against every religious leader in the world for spreading stories that violate the laws of physics, the rules of evidence, and just plain common sense, I'm in.

There is no doubt that the mainstream media report lies and untruths every single day. They report events in a manner in which the owners of the media want them to be reported, not the truth.

The twin towers did not collapse. It was a controlled demolition. What about the reports of firemen who were there who said that seconds prior to the towers coming down there were a series of small explosions, demolition charges. Video evidence supports this. Seconds before falling you can clearly see small amounts of debris being blown out of a few windows. These explosions were designed to weaken the structure and bring about a nice, neat demolition.
What about the video evidence of molten steel which was still molten DAYS after the towers coming down? The only substance on earth capable of heating metal to such a point where it is still molten days later is found in explosives (Thermite)

I'd rather believe the firemen on the ground than the US Government or the mainstream media.

Is the false reporting worthy of a class action? I don't think so. Just be happy that you're not one of the mindless clowns who believe that the media is reputable or that the Government is to be trusted.

No. Because to file a tort one has to show how one has suffered a damage. And in this case that can not be proven. So you have no case.
