Do you think malpractice suit have gotten out of hand.?

I heard that malpractice insurance is a leading cause for high medical costs. Do you think it is out of hand. (Typed while seeing an ad for lawsuit over yaz birth control)

Yes they have especially over anti-depressants and birth defects.
Every ad i see for anti-depressants they tell you not to take them if pregnant and they still get money for messing up their children.
