Does anyone know if there is a class action suite against Facebook? Or a lawyer that will take on Facebook?

I am aware of a few individuals who are suing Facebook in Orange county but I would like to know if there is a law firm suing them. Other individuals apparently can use your account and charge items.

Everyday, people try to file a lawsuit against facebook because of their low security problems. Not all of them are actually allowed because of low facts.

I am no help but you can't delete your Facebook?!?!?!?!?! That sucks because I wanted to delete mine =(
