That is willing to take a case against Chula Vista School District for neglect on the play ground as my son was pulled down from the monkey bars at school and broke his elbow. But there was no adult on the play ground who could have stopped what happened not only that but because there was no adult around my son had to go find help him self with his broken elbow in all that pain.

Many lawyers work on a contingency basis - that is, they don't collect any payment unless you win the case, and then they take a percentage of the payment you collect. This can be a pretty big percent, but since you don't have to pay unless you win, it's pretty cost-friendly. You should use your phone book or online yellow pages to find laywers in your local area, and see if you can find any willing to take your case.

You don't have a case but if you proceed;
attorneys who take cases on contingency do so for their fees, they charge for all expenses win or lose. Attorneys never work for free they just get pad less if they lose, do not make the mistake of thinking an attorney who works on contingency is not going to charge you anything at all because that is not how it works.

The cost of personal injury lawyers are based on contingency. That means the payment depends on the compensation received by the victim. If he or she didn't received anything then the lawyer will not be payed but the victim has to pay for the expenses. Meanwhile if the victim received compensation then he/she is required to give a certain percentage to the lawyer.
