She's bluffing. California doesn't recognize common law marriage, and even if they did, you two haven't been together long enough. And if she hasn't been paying the bills, she has no claim on any of your stuff through that avenue, either. Tell her goodbye and good riddance, and if she does try to sue you, have fun watching the judge laugh her out of court.
