Our problem concerns a legal issue within the state-of WA.
When I was 16 I was billed with a D.U.I. I had been tried being an adult.
It has been 5 years today and I was wondering if that turns up on my criminal history?
I realize that it likely does, Iam only carrying out a little bit of wishful thinking.

Unless you petitioned to have it sealed, it's still there.
