Does the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment allow non-attorneys to represent others in a challenge of a workers' compensation claim?

by law you can have almost anyone you want help you out. as long as the judge says it is ok.. but it is always best to have a real lawyer, they know more about what needs to get done and the in's and out's of it all..

That would be practicing law without a license and if the CO DOL&E doesn't have a problem with it the state Bar Association would.

it has been my experience that the judge or arbitrator whomever it is usually does not let the attorney say anything
