Does the United States Coast Guard provide criminal justice degrees just like civilian schools?

I'm in highschool looking into maybe going into the CG. i was wondering if there academy provides criminal justice degrees so maybe one day out of service i could get a civilian job in law inforcement. If you know anything else about education opportunities the CG provides that would be great Thanks!

...when you finish your enlistment, you'll be entitled to Military GI Bill benefits to attend a Colg. that you can study Criminal Justice... at the USCG Academy... you're going to learn Military Science, Search & Rescue, Maritime Nomenclature and subjects related to be a Coast Guard Officer.

No, the United States Coast Guard Academy does not offer a degree in Criminal Justice. USCGA only has eight majors, of which Criminal Justice isn't one. See the 8 USCGA majors here:

If you join and serve at least three years on active duty, you earn the Post 9-11 GI Bill, which provides money to put towards a civilian school of your choosing and a degree of your choosing, generally after you leave the service.

The Coast Guard also pays tuition assistance in the amount of $4500/yr for part-time work on a degree while actively serving, which generally means online or at night. Doing this does not impact your GI Bill (you still get that too).
