Does those doctor ticket "traffic ticket" guy really works?

i have a traffic ticket i got for not stoping on a stop sign. but i got proff that i did. i stoped then looked to see if it is safe again "blind spot" officer sign the second attemped.and thats the ticket.do those doctor tickets guys work i stay in cali if so you know some.thxx
