Postby Treven » Thu Jul 03, 2014 1:25 am

I'm the target of the puppy assault while strolling on the public side-walk (California) Our lawyer performed hardly any breakthrough the other month before test submitted a movement to carry on without my knowlage. The movement was established for ten times following the day of the test??? Subsequently six times after fileing the movement the lawyer submitted a request termination. All completed without my authorization, there's no substiution of lawyers on document with no notice of movement to become releaved of lawyer. Is that this Legal Malpractice?

"Then six times after fileing the movement the lawyer submitted a request dismissal."Termination of the situation?? "is that this Legal Malpractice?"Possibly, however, you'd have to talk to an area malpractice lawyer about this. Before worrying to achieve that, nevertheless, I'd tackle the fast issues regarding fundamental situation and talk to an area injury attorney.

Dog Attack, Malpractice

There's obviously a problem, but I'd need to know more facts and would want to hear the lawyer's explanation before reaching any conclusion about malpractice. Has the statute of limitations run on re-filing? What's the lawyer's explanation for this conduct?
