Driving record is going to cost me my career!!!?

Postby larenzo » Thu Mar 31, 2011 9:52 am

So the story is that my last year in high school and the first year of college, i got five minor traffic tickets and one accident. At the end of that point i found out that i need to have a good driving record to get a job in my field because i will no matter what be driving a company vehicle. I immediately sold my crotch rocket and havent had an incident yet, which would be 15 months later. I graduated from college and got the best job i could get. A day later i was let go because i couldnt drive their vehicle. I found this to be the same with many companies. I ve tried and tried to find a lawyer that does minor traffic ticket expungements, but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? This would be under Minnesota laws

You need to find a different "career". Clearly, you're not qualified (by your driving record) for this one.

In five years, when all the problems are 7 years old, you can try your chosen "career" again.

The reason you lost your job is because with your driving record, the company either found out you were uninsurable or the cost to insure you was prohibitive. There are lots of jobs that don't require driving.

Yeah, you're out of luck. Look for a different kind of job where you don't have to drive. In many states, minor offenses are removed from your record after 7 years.

But seriously, five traffic tickets in two years? That's pretty ridiculous. What were you thinking anyway?

Look man, sorry. Ask yourself how you got into this.
You will get the job after you get more years driving without
acting like a dumbass.

Your what? 22 now? Go to a PROFESSIONAL driving school
and do the FINEST job you can do there.

Then you may be able to ask some instructor to help with a
letter of recommendation or something.

You did this to yoruself. Now is the time for you to take the
medicine and grow up.

Please don't send me some crappy e-mail telling me how horribe I am because I told you the truith.

Life just gets harder after high school. It is time for you to prove to the world your significant.

let's see what you got to provide.
