Dv 4th Level And Malicous Mischief Following A Partner/girlfriend Battle

My cousin has been billed with DV 4th and malicoius mischief to get a battle she was having with her bf. I've helped her get a lawyer but I'd like views if at all possible. He bf is just a true peice of work he's rage problems and a self-control. She was out with buddies on halloween and didnt answer his telephone calls when he got off-work. He became furious and visited their likely and started putting all her outfits, makeup, shoes etc off their porch and in to the courtyard. He txt'd her in the future get her stuff and escape. When she came he started shouting at her, calling her names and pushing points at her. She started crying becasue my sis is just a softy like this and he responded by striking her fragrance containers on the ground to "offer her anything to cry about". She replied by breaking a reflection to the wall that she'd purchased for him and sooner or later around that time he got in her experience and was calling her bad brands and showing her hitting him, so she slapped him and went outside and attemptedto contact me. He got her phone and killed it so she visited the neighbors and called law enforcement becasue at that time she was frightened and only desired to get her points and abandon. Law enforcement asked her and she told them anything and they caught her for putting him and splitting the reflection. They got pictures of him and there an no scars on his experience whatsoever. Today she's taking a look at DV 4th and malicious mischief for your reflection. She's a no-contact order put on her today while her ex proceeds to txt her daily, post issues on her fb, is having his sibling and friends call her and turns up to her use blossoms to inform her he loves her and how sorry he's. He's attempting to publish letters to patients supporter and their state procescutor and the judge to express it was his problem, he was worrying her, etc. She's a dental assitant and is concerned about her permit and the consequences of the. All appears so ridiculous to me.

I endured in a court-room waiting to be named. A lady got called-up, she confessed to beating her sweetheart and banging out 2 of his teeth. This person had a guarantee so he was in jail but she was imprisoned for DV. The prosecutor refused to prosecute her!! I noticed atleast 5 instances much like that, the girl confessed to striking and their state refused to prosecute.<br />
Therefore since they can convict a guy without proof but not a lady they dont even attempt them most of the time.<br />

Today this was in Thurston County and the prosecutor was Jennifer Lord (FKA Jennifer Weiler). Master is no further the DV prosecutor but I doubt the brand new prosecutor is much better <br />
The main reason they won't cost is basically because a lady might have a lot of protectionis, target perp, ect.... I doubt you may get a court of 6 people together that'll convict a lady of DV when the man is atleast as large as her and has actually been accused of DV by her. Therefore since they may convict a guy without proof although not a lady they dont actually attempt them all of the time.<br />
This really is just what I've observed resting in court, we've been producing LARGE actions in lowering ALL assault in WA so PERHAPS, JUST PERHAPS she'll reach test but I wouldnt hold my breath, odds are she wont actually have to manage a jury at all.
