About 4-6 months before my 10-year old child found me with a few peculiar issues which were intimate in character. I really could not determine where the concerns were originating from so after some probing I then found out that she was interested in a name about the DVR package. The name was in spanish and captured her curiosity while she was blocking through a few of the exhibits she'd documented. The thing is this particular film was a tough key *** adult which was documented from the prior operator of the DVR package in Jan, a few months before the DVR being instaled in my own home. Quite simply [the organization] introduced hard-core porn into my home and place it in plain website of my 10-year old child. I've resolved this problem having a boss from [the organization's] company. I've not heard back from her since a preliminary telephone call detailing the problem. I'm furious and need them to cover the things they did. What must I do? So what can I actually do?
