Dwi Court Hearing Without An Attorney - Need Help

Postby Chess » Thu Mar 27, 2014 1:36 am

The same cop pulled my over in Clarkson Valley Mo.(near Chesterfield) in the Greater St. Louis area. He gave me two bogus DWI's. I currently have no job & no money to hire an attorney. I need to keep job hunting but it's very difficult with no driver's license. I also have no representation at my soon to come hearing on the suspension. Anyone out who can help me? I would sincerely appreciate it.

try legal aid. or try begging.  have you been driving without a driver's license or insurance.  it sounds as if those dwi's are not bogus.  anyways,  go there in a suit.  be very polite horrorfan 62 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. How are they bogus DWIs? Had you had anything to drink? Did you fail a field sobriety and breathalyzer? How/why did he give you TWO bogus DWIs?

They don't just give DWI's for nothing. From experience though I know that you are "toast" if you don't have representation for something that big of a deal. You better start collecting cans or something!
