Easily Do Not Finish Off My Divorce Document

Postby bornani » Wed Mar 26, 2014 8:31 am

My problem involves divorce within the state-of: California.
I filed divorce (in pro per) in January 2008; I offered the document and presented for the judge. I'm permitted document the ultimate view type today but I've not done so and I do not wish to however. It's an easy divorce and no reply submitted.
Easily do not document the ultimate ruling within (till August 2008), what're the choices?
a) May I reactivate the divorce petition submitted in January 2008
b) Either party should refile divorce request again?

I did not ask whether you supported the documents, I asked whether you submitted the evidence of service using the court.
There's virtually no time limit to file the request access of default.
Why is you genuinely believe that you're entitled to annulment (which is really a longer, must more boring procedure)?

Have you filed the request for entry of default if there was no response? Have you filed the proof of service?

I currently offered the document towards the ex spouse. I'm permitted publish the 'notice of entry of judgment' of the divorce. I simply wonder easily do not document request the entry of final judgment over time, what're the effects? Do I have to resubmit the breakup or simply reactive the request? Or then I ought to document annulment? Thanks.

Thanks for the solution. I've submitted the evidence of support and was waiting thirty days to document the standard of access of reasoning which was already past.
I'm entitled to an annulment before my relationship was scam. I simply assist the phony spouse to obtain green card but I was caught by my fan before USCIS caught me so I slipped the green card request. I was attracted into this mess so I do not like my ex wife partner to become liberated to marry anyone else to obtain green card. I'm waiting on hold the ultimate of the divorce.
Our ex-artificial-spouse continues to be over-remaining in the united states after my request of the breakup and losing the green card on February 20. Is this legal that centered on my legal relationship my ex wife, she's in a position to over stay? Is she put through be deported?
