Effect Of Base Repair On Resale Price

Postby Tzefanyah » Fri Apr 25, 2014 9:04 am

My problem requires property situated in Their State of: Virginia
Our 6-month old house in Loudoun County, Virginia includes a basis issue that'll need 24 - 30 helical piers to correct. The contractor is finishing the fix along with a third party executive organization may approve the finished work. My issue is when it comes to the damaging effect towards the resale price of the house. Iam not used to Viriginia and that Iam not familar with property disclosure requirements. Does their state of Virginia require that you simply reveal previous conditions that have now been fixed and therefore are no further faulty? Can there be any guideline for knowing losing on something similar to this?

What I will let you know is that this. Frequently you'll get a problem site to reply with a realtor who obtains a buyer.
A few of the concerns are;
1) have you been conscious of a meth lab actually being in your house?
2) perhaps you have had any homeowners statements as you where who owns the house?
3) Did your house need any repairs within the last ten years that where more than $2500?
Issue #3 might be a problem and also you need to inform the reality. This could discourage off a customer, nevertheless, when the repairs are completed precisely, the buyer might ignore it, there is a constant know.
