and does't that mean the future is determined and has been since the beginning 13.7 billion years ago.

Since I wouldn't be hear if it wasn't for something causing me and something had to cause that something which was cause by something else, essentially everything can be traced back to the big bang 13.7 billion years ago. And time moved in a liner direction in order to get to this point right, right now, Is it safe to so that time will more linearly as well in the future, meaning that the future is already determined. If you disagree with this then, what you are saying is what you do 2mro, had nothing to do with what you do today, or a week ago or a month ago and that 2mro is just random and has no direct relationship to now and/or your past.

Another way to look at is through particles. Every particle had to come from somewhere, which came from somewhere which came from the big bang. And every particle had properties that fit in with the laws of physics (some properties we may know about some we may not since Quantum is still very unpredictable) these particles fellow these laws in the same way a projectile fellows gravity and the other laws of physics. Now imagine, hypothetically calculating every particle in the universe at this very moment. Since this particle fellow set laws similar to how a projectile does, we should be able to predict what is going to happen next, just by knowing their properties and the laws of physics that they fellow. We can then do this again and again and again, hence predicting the future.

G
Lamont, in order to be consistent, you have to carry the CE relationship past the Big Bang, and past whatever you may think was there .....etc.
That is precisely why Shakyamuni deflected questions about ultimate causes.
they are cute to play with, but dealing with life is more rewarding, and ultimately, far more complex.

In the statistical aberration of large, complex groups, there is room for a little randomness. That randomness is the decisions about what to believe. Those decisions change the individual life, and not the entropy of a system.

I've pretty much figured this for awhile. Which is one of my reasons for not believing in free will. It appears you have free will but you only make decisions based on your past encounters and physiology.

The only thing that can break the cause and effect cycle is a God. If one does exist.

Then DO IT. and PROVE it to the world. Why is none the word "Theory" is written in your question?

There is significant quantum indeterminacy that makes the universe intrinsically unpredictable. If the universe were restarted, everything would be different. Just the quantum fluctuations near T = Planck Time determined many of the visible variations in the universe.

For more, watch the video at the 1st link - "A Universe From Nothing" by theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss, read an interview with him (at the 2nd link), get his new book (at the 3rd link), or read an excerpt from his book (at the 4th link).

Yep.

Weird isn't it ?
We feel we have free will, but its all predetermined.
