Emancipation Help, Please!&&Thanks.?

I think you are confused about emancipation. In the very few cases that it is granted, marriage, abandonment by parents, or complete financial independence must be involved. This would mean that you absolutely cannot live with another person. Here is a law article on the emancipation process: http://www.danieljensenfamilylaw.com/articles/child-emancipation/ You would need to have a job that allows you to pay for rent, insurance, utilities, medical bills, transportation, and other cost of living expenses. Unfortunately, abuse is not a legal consideration for emancipation. Honestly, your best bet at this point is reporting the abuse to CPS and they will look into it and make your parents change.
