Ended Enrollment: Traffic Or Non-Traffic

Postby Keiji » Sat Jun 07, 2014 10:35 am

Hi everybody,
I understand hardly any of traffic regulations therefore searching for some advise.
It's completely my problem I forgot that my enrollment was like 2 weeks due.
I had been captured by an official and he offered me a solution. It's the breach signal
46.16.010.3.1. That is in Washington.
Is that this a traffic or low -traffic Offense? The official noted it as traffic.
If it's traffic don't it hinder my insurance?
Must I get a competitive reading and become ready to alter it to low -visitors?
Thanks for that assist in progress. Anticipate the replies.
Cheers,
-Bill

Expired Registration: Traffic Or Non Traffic

Presumably you're charged with a traffic infraction under RCW 46.16.010(c). If you want to know what will happen with your insurance if you're convicted of the infraction, ask your insurance agent.
