Error on issued fix it ticket?

So I was pulled over for speeding but the officer was nice and gave me a fix it ticket instead because the address on my DL doesnt match the address on my other documentation (I recently moved). BUT he also made a mistake on my date of birth (he messed up the month)... Do I still need to fix the "fix it" or is the ticket now void? Please and thanks!

People ask this all the time. The ticket is still valid and you need to take care of it.
