Ex Husbands Employer In New York Is Not Garnishing My Income Execution But Employer Is Giving Exs Mother N Law Money

Hi Brandi ,  It is illegal for your X husbands employer to ignore a income execution .   I'm unclear on what you mean by his employer is giving his X Mother In law money . Is that your Mother ?  Is the income execution for child support ?  Is the Mother In Law using the fund for the children  ?  Are you sure that your X Husband didn't go to court and request the funds go to her and not you ?  If in fact the income execution is being violated contact the court and the judge whom approved the income execution .
