Excemption Issue

Hello, easily document section 7 without my spouse, do I've to incorporate all his belongings also, for ex. his resources and clothes. Am i permitted the 5000 excemption on simply my issues, or could it be on all things such as the children garments, bedrooms, desks,ect. I actually do reside in NY.

The exemption is just on your things.
His assets are not effected.
However, you will be disclosing his income and expenses.
