Failure to yield row at intersection?

You are guilty because you have to yield to ALL ONCOMING TRAFFIC UNTIL YOU CAN CLEAR THE INTERSECTION. Now you can plead not guilty and let this go before the traffic Court. Although more then likely you will be offered a plea in the end and if they offer to let you plead guilty to a non-moving violation you should take it because you are going to lose. You couldn't clear the intersection, and that isn't disputable since you were hit, so you shouldn't have been trying to take the left turn yet.
