Fallout: New Vegas Crash on Startup (PC)?

Okay so, when I launch the game (with all the DLC) I only get five seconds of the screen saying that Fallout New Vegas is a registered trademark of Bethesda and Obsidian.
Then it crashes.

Does anyone else know what this is and how I can stop it from Happening?

Side note: I have Fallout Mod Manager and No mods.

Try lowering your sound quality in system settings in your control panel to 4144 Hz... (something like that idk the exact number) I had the same issue with Skyrim and considering both games are Bethesda so it might work.
