I am going to make a new website . For that i will buy a domain from godaddy.com and hoosting from hostgator.com . I recently heard that I cannot do these transactions ( International ) on the internet because it may break the law of FEMA , 1999 .

What do i need to do in order to complete my transaction with those websites ( they are located in US ) hassle free and without being under the violations of FEMA .

Will registering for PayPal be enough ? What should I DO ??
