Finding a Law related job in Hamilton NZ?

Hi,


I am planning to move in to Hamilton for my husband's higher studies early next year. Both of us are qualified lawyers from Sri Lanka. I don't mind working as a Paralegal or a legal secretary. I have been working on Women's rights, a little bit of Child rights and Labour rights. What would be the hourly rate for a paralegal in NZ? Or is it possible for me to work for some INGO on one of these areas? What are the INGOs, Local NGOs in Hamilton? Thanks in advance.
