Finger injury due to machine at work

Postby palben » Thu Nov 21, 2013 12:20 am

My husband's fingertip just above his very first knuckle was amputated in a machine at perform. This was not the initial time that sort of injury has occurred to a worker at the factory. my accident was not the 1st of this kind at this firm.

Another worker also lost a fingertip on the very same sort of machine due to the fact the guards had been off. Considering that my husband was hurt they fixed the machine so only the portion will match into the machine so no one else can be hurt like that.

What can he do?
