Florida labor laws conserning harassment in florida?

I have been going through a lengthy dissolution of marriage with children and the stress of that and my boss telling me to "just let her have your son and pay child support" has really taken its toll on me. I have been looking for a new job, but it's a little hard in today's economy. Can I sue him for harassment and the comments he makes that I take as sexual harassment?

Evidence of the charges and a good lawyer, who will not work for you for any less than what the child support payments would most likely cost you, not to mention the likely loss of said job once notice of the lawsuit would be made public. You could sue, but it may not be the correct way to deal directly with your feelings about the acclaimed comments.

= nothing, there is no "sexual harassment"

Nor is there any other harassment. It's a comment - take it or leave it... But he wasn't "harassing" you.
