Follow-Up With Contempt

Postby Gibson » Mon Apr 28, 2014 3:33 am

Following the contempt hearing, my ex was discovered not in contempt. He hasnt settled and it is in debts. He introduced a medical note from his doctor. He requested SS/disab. He was refused, and it is attractive. On my final purchase that we received it's specific procedures. They're showing him to file a request to change and closed him up to get a EIP plan. He's no revenue. At-least not written down. Anyhow, as far as the cp I'm unsure just how to start protecting my situation when he requests a change. How do a judge alter without revenue? Additionally a "PI" situation pending without understanding how much he'll receive. He might have the ability to do another kind of function. He's a back injury, and was an automechnic. How do I like a CP with no attorney, combat this? Cheers any recommendations

Hello, he's another injury situation that has been pending for couple of years or even more. I believe EIP is some form of function plan, DOCTOR closed him up for, stat e is PA. I dont believe they are able to make him work because he claims hes impaired. He's suppose to check out instructions and send resumes, and follow-up using what he did with EIP and Domestic relationships. But, meanwhile, DOCTOR shows him to record a change. Therefore, when he does this, what're my privileges. How do a judge alter without revenue, or SS impending, or understanding what type of work he is able to do, he's a back injury. Their former work was automechanic. He cant existence of stay for lengthy amounts of time, sorry for an excessive amount of info, lol, thanks.

What is "EIP"? "PI"? Which state was your Order for Child Support issued?

Hello, I understand the child recieves cash. I'm concerned about today, existing. He was refused, and it is attractive, however it requires a lengthy period. He still mightn't have it. Again, I'm concerned about what's likely to occur to my assistance today. The sole believe Domestic realtions explained was they closed him up for EIP employed for individuals to find function. But, I dont believe they are able to make him do that, if he's a docters notice declaring he cant function. Cheers for almost any feedback

If your ex gets disability, your children are eligible for a monthly check off of his disability income.
My children have been getting a small amount of money each month for several years now from thier fathers disability.
He voluntarily signed them up and I verbally agreed to accept it as "child support".
My oldest is over 18 and her's stopped when she graduated high school.
Your ex will have to sign them up for it, but I would imagine that you could have a court order for the social security benefits as well.
