How long is the waiting period of a property to go from pre-forclosure to actual forclosure?

I guess it would depend on how far along in the preforeclosure process it is.From what I've read online, it appears that FL only allows judicial foreclosure, but I can't tell you for certain.
I would go to a local RE attorney for more information.
