Foreclosure Of Business Co-tenant

Having a dispute with a tenant or landlord? Rental Law discussion

Foreclosure Of Business Co-tenant

Postby norvyn » Sun Jun 01, 2014 8:04 pm

Our issue entails an eviction within the state-of: tx<br />
I've closed a rent having a co-tenant on the professional rent but he's not spending something about the rent as he orally guaranteed. May I have him taken off the rent? What're the actions. Because we closed the contract, he also offers obtained cash from our organization to complete deal work but we've since discovered he simply got the cash and didn't do the job. How to proceed?

Eviction Of Business Co-tenant

You can't evict a co-tenant, as you're not his landlord.

If you are having problems with yoru business partner and are unable to resolve them amicably, hire a lawyer and sue.
