If you agree that the criminal law is largely concerned with the exercise of free will, do you think this focus is justifiable? What - if anything - is lacking in this conception of criminal responsibility

its for my essay and i would appreciate any ideas from the general yahoo community :)

I think the operative word here is "my," as in "yours." The essay requested by your teacher is not mine, it is yours. I suggest you start now.
