Friend "loves" 16 year old, help!?

My friend is 13. She likes a guy who is 16. Now that would be one thing, but the guy is in trouble with the law and does drugs.. She says he is really sweet around her and stuff (Which he is, I have met him once) and he has said he loves her. Their parent's don't know because they would not be ok with it. Me and her other friend have told her it is a bad idea, but she doesn't listen. I think he is just using her, or even if he "loves" her, it just doesn't seem like it will end well. The guy got in trouble because they found drugs in his locker. I mean, might as well call up "16 and pregnant" now! Any suggestions/help would be appreciated! We want to tell her mom, but we don't want her to hate us! Thanks!!

I think you should tell her parents. Even if she will hate you for it. you will be saving her
