Gamer Girlz: Ebay harassment turning into legal action.?

I bought an item from a seller and the item I received was very unjustifiable. I was not happy at all so I left a negative review for the listing. The seller called me up to try and solve the problems; but I said that their was nothing they can do to fix this since the sale is already over. They told me to remove the negative review or he will take to his attorney. I hung up. he kept spamming me with calls for a while; that I was not going to deal with after this bad sale.

Then HE sent me an email:

" I want you to understand the gravity of your actions & that Gamer Girlz LLC will be pressing charges against you in a court of law immediately. We will be forwarding this to our law office in Cheyenne, WY & we will prosecute you for your actions for a minimum of $5,000 in a small claims court.

This is not a process that we are unfamiliar with & you will receive a court order within the next 30 days unless this situation is resolved immediately.

We do not like having to take this action; however, your comments defame Gamer Girlz LLC and are found to be slanderous. Gamer Girlz always takes care of its customers & we instruct you to contact us if there is ever a problem so that we can resolve any concerns that you may have. You did none of this. ...

we are going to have our attorney & the local Sheriff's office call you next week regarding the action that we will be taking against you. You have defamed a corporation without warrant & slandered a business entity. We have given you the opportunity to resolve this & unless this is taken care of by Monday morning please prepare your attorney for legal action"

I delt with many legal court actions; lots of dumb people turning the justice system into fraud.
Just woundering if you'd waste your time with legal actions or try something else.

Additional Details

They didn't say anything about a refund; But their listing says 7 days item exchange only, buyer pays return shipping
Its been over 7 days since i've been busy and the shiping time. Anyways that is still unfiar to me.

The game I got has a Hollywood video sticker on it and its in the crapy cases they have them in.
the game is very scrached. Listing said "Video game instructions are included" which they where not include.
The worst part is the item Condition on the ebay listing is marked as "good". When I put my money into this I thought
it was in good Condition; if this was described as how I decsribed it; I would of never bought it.
The other game was worse I bought from them and didn't even come in a plastic case. No pictures of the game where posted.

In the last month they recived 8 negative reviews

My review: "BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd BAd"

which this is my first negative review out of 40 reviews

here is the link to the listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/200666158400?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

I think you need not worry about any thing at all. Further you can contact ebay with all these details and ask their help.

IF you have told us everything and have been truthful you have NOTHING to worry about and in fact you have grounds to file a harassment charge against them, and your claim will actually have some weight behind it.

you need to forward all of this to Ebay, this behaviour violates their terms of service, if you paid through pay-pal you need to immediately contact them as well.

As long as you comment was truthful, they don't have a legal leg to stand on. This is all an attempt to scare you into removing your comment.

I suggest you forward this threat to ebay and report them for the harrassment.

Or you could have fun with them and compose a very legal sounding respose telling them you will be suing them for $10K for the harrassment and defamation (they called you a liar). Further, you are initiating a restraining order against them to prevent further threats and harrassment.

Or you could just ignore them and get on with your life.
